i have what i believe to be a 1990 evinrude 9.9hp(E10RELES). when i first tried starting this up this year it started first crank no problem. it hasn't started again since with the key. it will start if i jump the solenoid to either the starter or the ignition connections. it has a new starter and a new solenoid. the battery is charged as well and a new battery was also tried. when i turn the key to accessory the guages all work. when i turn the key all the way to start....the guages all go down and nothing else happens. i have also checked the small fuse on the motor and that was also ok. i am out of ideas. any help would really be appreciated.
