i have a 1996 force 120 by mercury, when boat is in water and you give it power will not power up in forward under a load, but will in reverse, or out of water run's rought at idle or when giving throttle also acts like it's miss fireing or bad timing, put new plugs in no change also fresh fuel no change, just replace starter on it before this trip, starter was bad. Any help would be much appreciated, also this boat ran perfect for about 15mins the other day, while at wot it loss all power and now won't run right. thats when all these problems started.
