I just bought an old Johnson Seahorse and am interested in obtaining some info on it. The decal on the tank is very faded, but I can make out Johnson Seahorse 12. It is a twin cylinder and the serial # is 139694. Any help would be appreciated!

It is a 1930. What is the model number on the flywheel?

K50 is an 8hp, have you checked the compression and spark yet?

What is the condition of the inside of the tank? Any pics?

The plugs needed are 5Mj gapped to 030. Point gap is 020. 3/4 pints of oil to a gallon.

Sweet!! Another classic antique

Yep, Chris got it right. The plugs are a fat 17mm thread and can kill someone, if you threw it at them. :D I had an A-50 once, which was the smaller twin.
