my first indication of water in the engine was the spark plug looked wet and rusty so then i have taken the exhaust cover of the inner cover seems ok but i discoverd in the middle of the cover of the radius at the very top there is a hole is this hole supposed to be there or not. Please let me know if this hole should be there and what is its purpose thank.
