Bilge pump won't work

First time posting. 1997 Bayliner Capri 1954 with an Alpha 3.0 I/O. Took on some water last time out and bilge pump and blower quit working. Found 2 blown fuses, got the blower working but not the bilge pump. Tried new bilge pump from Walmart, still not working. Any ideas. Thanks.

Umm... it's not getting +12V or gnd... If it worked on the bench before you put it in, it's time to start tracing the wires and looking for a broken wire, loose connection, or corrosion to see where you lose those either of those signals.
