Always include year mosel and serial#s if possible.
Fill out the profile.
Top of the Force section is a link.From FrankA. Called Linc and sinc.
Go thru that and then set the carb air screw out 1 and 1/16 turn out.
Idle should be 750-800 warm,in gear.
After all that turn in air screw till motor buck/kicks/stutters.Then out 1/2 turn.
The idle is set at the towershaft.Not the air screw or the linkage.
Do a compression/spark test just in case.Then rebuild the fuel pump and replace all the hoses and any inline connectors. Check for water in the gas.J
