Need help with a 1987 reinell 190s over heating

Have a 1987 reinell 190s that runs for 1 1/2 hours at 180 degrees but after that it jumps to 240 degrees and i have to shut it down. When i try to start it again it acts like its locked up. Have to choke it to restart

Ayuh,... What motor, 'n drive,..??

Change the Impeller...
