On 17 FT. 1988 BLUE WATER Ran "Perfect" last week. Went to start it, will not turn over. Checked sparks, wires, replaced electronic rotator on Carb. Suggestions, next steps?

It's a 1988,..?? which should be an Alpha 1 drive,..??
It's a V-6,..?? which there are No Magnums, but it might be a 4.3l,..??
Which carb on it,..??
You checked the Sparks,..?? What did ya find,..??
"replaced electronic rotator on Carb." Ya replaced the Choke,..??
Do ya mean it won't Turn Over,..?? or it won't Start,..??
