Finally got our trailer all finished up last night. I ended up docking the boat at friends dock for the week. AWESOME guy, let us dock for free as long as we want so I can strip the trailer down and sandblasting the entire frame for primer and painting plus it aloud me to go over every inch of the trailer. The tires, brakes, bearings, roller assemblies and guides are all in great shape so I had no investment to make there . I have a total investment of the following:

Black Diamond Sandblasting Sand - qty 2 = $20
Rustoleum Spray Paint Primer - qty 3 = $18
Rustoleum Spray Can Paint - qty 8 = $40
New Lights and Wires - qty 1 = $40
Pin Stripping and Anti Skid Stripes = $10

I already had grease, compressor, sandblasting equipment, grinder w/wheel and wire brush.

Total investment = $128 and about 12 total man hours.

So far so good, now all I have to do is go and get my boat back now. Maybe tonight or tomorrow weather depending. Thanks for looking.

....that is slick-looking badkins.........I re-built/re-painted my trailer earlier this summer and feels good to know that the boat and ride will be safer next trip out.....kudos. Nice catch on that v-block Bond-o...!!

Thanks everyone and it sure is nice to have that out of the way. It sucked driving my nice buffed out black dodge and buffed out white hull on the boat then there was this rusty old trailer sitting there. Yeah that v-block is just pivoted over like that because I have the winch cable hooked to it and pulled tight so I don't have to worry about the winch hook flopping all around during traveling when I go pick up the boat. When I take the hook off the v-block to hook up to the boat, I'll make sure that it is pivot it back before winching. Good eye bond-o

Man that looks like you did a great job! I think you should do a restoration thread on it!

Thanks for the appreciation. I will update the photo in my sig hopefully tonight after I get my boat back on it. If I get some time this weekend (marine forecast pending) I'll create a restore thread - I did take a lot pics along the way.
