gimble Bearing

I was in use this weekend, when the engine locked up and died. No alarms went off, and all the gauges read good. I cruised for about an hour at 40mph with no problem, when all the sudden this all happened. I have a 5.0 V8 imp 2002 with only 130 hours.
Any ideas what my problem could be? I hope I did not blow the engine. I checked the oil, it is good.

Prolly start by pulling the drive and see if you can rotate the engine. If ok, then try to start. Then start looking into drive, maybe pullthe top cap and checlk gearset and yes check that gimbal bearing too... goodluck. Keep is posted as to what you find.
