I just got a 64H9E 6 HP Chrysler. Sat in a shed for about 10 years, but I was told it was working. I shifted the knob into Start, tried pulling the starter but it wouldn't work. Tried spinning the flywheel, but it doesn't budge.
When I tried spinning the prop, it spins freely in Neutral, but doesn't spin when in Forward or Reverse.
I already took both spark plugs out in case it was a suction problem.
What could be the problem?
