Listing to starboard problem...

My 1991 232 Eclipse lists to starboard. I have seen a newer 232 on the river doing the same thing (have not had a chance to chat with the other boat owner).
Questions are:
1. Is this a common problem with this craft (make, model or year)?
2. Is it fixable?
3. If so, how?

Loading port side helps, but you can still tell its listing.
Thanks in advance for any input.

My '91 232 eclipse does list a bit to starboard as well, but seems to ride well and is remarkably stable in the water. There have been a vew times I've looked around at the crowd of people on the boat (and where they were sitting) and couldn't believe how level we were riding. Just put on the nauticus automatic trim tabs, kept them both at the same level, but they make a nice difference in ride, and you can adjust them to compensate for permanent list.
