New to the forum, great info. I have a 99 200 hp efi vmax. The throttle is the 703. I cannot get the engine to turn over. It cranks just fine. This was an issue before, but after messing with the kill, it finally turned over. Now it wont. After taking apart the 703, the kill switch looks okay. My question is does this kill switch work by opening or closing the white/black wires. I've taken the kill off and tried to bypass it, but any way i'm trying it it's not working. I'm almost positive its a kill switch problem. Any ideas/hints? Any info is much appreciated.
