I just changed my 1999 90 hp evenrude to anothe hull and now when I start it it revs to more than 5000 rpms. my machanic is looking for the problem but he does not have any idears it is the first time he has seen this happen it was running fine. he will put it on the computer next week but for some reason I think it is an easy fix.
