I have a 2005 90 hp saltwater edition that runs great and cranks great except when I turn it off and let it sit for 20 minutes or so. It then does not want to crank without me throttling it up and racing the engine for minutes. It cranks great cold and even if I run it, turn it off and crank it back in a few minutes. I have changed the in line fuel filter and spark plugs. What is the finicky problem about starting?
