Hey everyone, monkeygrass, I have a boat that I am trying to get in a useable shape for some crappie fishing. I want to remove as much as possible hopefully having a hull with maybe a floorboard to make it easier to walk on. I have a 30 lbs thrust trolling motor on now and hope to have a small (inexpensive) motor on back. Any tips/suggestions on this project?

We'll need some pics. Don't remove anything that may be structural. Anything that ties the sides to the floor may be adding rigidity to the hull.
