I went through this company to have a trailer built for my 1998 Glastron GS205 SF. I ordered the trailer the second week of June and as of 27 July, the trailer still has not been delivered. The owner, Bruce Kinney, gives me the run around on delivery dates and doesn't answer the phone on the particular days he says he'll deliver the trailer. I wanted to make my fellow boat owners aware of the hard times I've had dealing with this business owner. I've filed complaints with the BBB and I'm looking into getting my money back as I had to give them a 50% deposit. I wouldn't buy a screwdriver from him now.

We have now heard your side of the story, and you obviously joined iboats for one reason, to air your problem and bash the company you did business with.
This happens all the time and we are just not going to allow it to be discussed.
