i have a 2000 25 johnson that was converted from a tiller to a remote there is now to holes where the start button and kill switch were on the motor has anyone came to this problem and found a plastic plug to fill the holes thanks

Any decent hardware store should have a range of rubber and plastic grommets and plugs that would work.
