Hello, I am new here, need some help. I recently bought a 99 Evinrude 175 w/ Ficht injection that was started and ran well in front of me. The problem I am having is, when I now start the motor after installing on the boat, I have a super high idle problem that I cannot seem to get figured out. I have taken it to a couple of shop lcally and they cannot link the computer to it ( their software is out of date). I have checked the wiring to the ign. switch by the way of the Seloc manual, it is correct. Has anyone had this issue?, and if so, can someone help me in the right direction?
