Well I want to start off here by saying hello to everyone...Hello...

My name is Donnie am married and have two girls. We just got our first boat and it has soft spots in the floor I removed the seats and carpet and found pretty much the whole floor needs replaced. I will post some pics later and could use all the help you all have to offer. Thank you in advance Donnie

Nothing fun about a new boat for the family and discovering that it's in dire need of serious work :(

Welcome to iboats.

You may have found the tip of the iceberg. The stringer's, the transom ...... both tied into the decking...... and of course the flotation.....

After a bit of surgery you will see things a bit more clearly.
