Hello All,
I posted once here last summer and received a wealth of valuable information that immediately helped me straighten out my carb issue. Hopefully the same assistance will occur. Took my boat on a vacation and the first two days the engine performed flawlessly, nice top end, plenty of power for an oldie but goodie, and idling like a champ. The afternoon of the third day however, while pushing the throttle approximately 2/3'rds of the way to WOT, it bogged down. It would "recover" when I throttled back but the problem persisted repeatedly at the same spot on the power band, in other words, no top end anymore. Fuel system is clean, pressure tank holding extremely well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance guys.
