I own a 05 triton 19f/s with a 200 mercury opitmax, my aerator was working and the next day not working. check fuse , replace the burnt fuse. try the switch and it worked for a moment, then the fuse blew again ....help ... thanks
Apparently either you pinched a wire somewhere shorting out the power line, or the aerator itself failed you. Seems pretty straight forward.
If you can unplug the aerator at the aerator unplug it. If the fuse doesn't blow again, then it's the aerator. Otherwise chase your wiring till you find where it got pinched.
