I am looking for a 98-06 mercury 100/115/125 20" lower unit

I figure there is no harm in trying this I have a 25" shaft that I want to convert to a 20" if anyone out there is looking to go the other way I am willing trade my lower unit and all other parts for extension in order to get the lower unit and bolts. Or if anyone has lower unit for sale I may be interested.

Check Ebay, lots of lower units listed typically. Many of these guys are used parts dealers, that can get you what you need.
