ok, mine is not really having any problems, BUT i read everywhere about problems with these things. so, in advance of problems, i've been trying to search here about them, and not getting very much.
i guess the carbs gum up really easily because of really small orifices. i _heard_ over on another forum that there either new carbs or new jets that would void the emissions certification, (which i don't care about), but are less prone to problems.
i've also read about a common hesitation in transitioning above 4000rpm. Nobody seems to be conclusive as to whether it is a linkage problem or a carb problem. I've heard both.
anything else about these motors?
