Suzuki Detuned from DT40 to 35 HP

I'm taking a guess that they changed the throttle cam. My question is where can I get a throttle cam for a 1982 DT 40

Currently the throttle only goes to 60% on the carburetor

I wish I could find where to get the plastic peice that lifts the throttle.
