HI.
I have a model ns15d2 which is no leaking water from the "base" of the cooling tube which runs along the top of the cylinder head. One end has the thermostat attached, the other is just above the cowling drain hole. I sucked some muck in with the water last week nothing was comming out pee hole. I took a strand of 12 g copper and stuck it into the pee hole. OK, so I stuck into every hole I could find on the back of the motor (brilliant). The pee hole has excellent flow, the water comming out of the base of the cooling tube is flowing nicely as well (which is my problem).
Do I have to replace the cylinder head or is there some mechanic "magic" that I can do to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance,
