1989 Evinrude 60 HP

I recently replaced the rectifier on my 1989 Evinrude 60 HP outboard, the old was was burnt, thus no charging. My concern now is how much voltage should it be generating, I'm getting 14.75 plus volts now, that seems high. What should it be generating?

Is there a voltage regulator somewhere?
