I took the check valve (anti siphon valve) off the fuel tank and in the process cross threaded that valve and the elbow that it came out of. The elbow appears to be threaded into the fuel tank. In order to fix the threads or replace the part I have to remove the elbow from the tank but it won't budge. Even though it has threads I am not sure if it is threaded into the tank.
