Have 2002 350 horizon 350MPI w/ bravo 1 and 350 hours. Started getting the 2beeps at 1 minute intervals when enginets to 3300 rpm otherwise it will not go off under that rpm- but no indication on the smartcraft. Read IAC could be problem and checked the muffler filter in the throttle body and was pretty dirty and replaced it -stillbeeps . I removed the IAC that is mounted on manifold about 10 " behind throttle body. It seemed very clean. Hooked 12volts to it and stopper moved about 1/8" qand buzzed pretty good. I cleaned the shaft and inside the housing and put 12v to it again but only moved 1/8" . I can mechanically push it about 1/4 to 3/8" and was wondering if this is what it should move when 12v is applied. The plunger just moves only when 12v is applied and the pops closed when 12v is removed. Notice the plunger never really shuts completely due to fins on it. Does this sound normal or bad and set of the beeping at 3300rpm. Have new gasket to put it back on. Thanks
