1986 Mercury 20 HP Tiller to remote conversion

Hi! I recently bought an old 13' Boston Whaler. It has a siezed evinrude 28 HP on it with steering and throttle cables (teleflex). I want to put my 1986 Mercury 20HP on it instead, but it has tiller controls. Is it possible to convert this motor to use the steering and controls on the boat? Is there a conversion kit I need to buy?
