We are having problems with our 95 johnson 90 hp. She starts up and idles well but lacks power to put the boat on plane. I tested the copmression and it read 140,140,140,90 with the top Starboard reading low. Is this condition the entire cause of lack of power or is there another issue. We manage about 4000 rpm with a 17 foot fiberglass vee and a 14x17 prop.
