High speed adjustment

I have a FD21m motor I see an adjustment for low speed how do I adjust high speed?
Where can I find a fuel pump rebuild kit also for this motor ?

Most post 1960 outboards do not have a high speed mixture adjustment. 50s and older Johnnyrudes did, but I do not know how old your motor is from that number.
