How Do I Replace Dash Switches

I have a bad switch and need to replace it, I am not sure how to do it however after pulling dash from helm. I see some plastic tabs, but do not want to force anything (break).

2001 Maxum 2400 SCR.

Any ideas?

BM,

Depress the plastic tabs on the sides and push the switch out through the top of the dash panel. Just work it slowly and it should come out.
