I am having trouble with the steering-cannot turn the steering wheel at all. I removed the linkage at the motor to make sure it was not binding at the pivot. I have also loosened the cable at the motor, and found the cable free in the cylinder and well lubricated, but still will not move with the steering wheel. Any suggestions I can try prior to replacing the steering linkage.
