Hello Everyone, This forum is great. Thank you so far for all your help and I am a newbie with owning a bass boat.

I have the 87 Ranger V360 with 87 Johnson 150GT V6. Is there a way to charge trolling motor Batteries and main battery when running the boat. I find I am only getting about 4 hours out of my 2 batteries.

Thank you

Yes, there is a way to charge all your batteries together by using enough wire(heavy 6 guage) to hook them all up. I won't recommend it tho cause I did charge 4 batteries at the same time worked for about 6 months and then fried the rectifier/regulator; $190.00 later I am only charging the 2 starting/accessory batterys. You could try a battery selector switch to only charge part of them at a time. Good luck

I have only 2 trolling batteries and the Single starting battery. Im running my trolling motor in 24V. How would I hook them all up to individually charge at 12 volts?

I had a Marinco charging plug which allowed me to charge the two trolling motor batteriers along with my starting batteries. All I had to do was plug the charging plug into where I plugged the trolling motor. I got the Marinco kit from a local boat dealer for about $65

I have a 1991 Ranger 374V. I have a Johnson 12/24 trolling motor I think it is 42 lbs of thrust and have no problem getting a full day from my batteries. If your only getting 4 hours out of your batteries then you are on the trolling motor constantly or you need new batteries. The trolling motor batteries should be put on a charger every time you finish fishing to bring them back up to full charge. don't over charge either.
