1990 350 Alpha I runs rough but still runs.

Sounds like it's missing, but still runs. It starts fine, too. First run since 2009, added 22 gal of 93 octane but w/ 10% ethanol - is that the problem? Is there a gas additive, or do I need to adjust carb?

You definitely want to add some sort of additive. Startron, Seafoam, Marine Stabil, etc all work to counteract the issues with ethanol in boats. Then, a full tune up is needed since the boat has not been run in over two years. Leave the carb adjusting for last. Welcome to iboats!

Thanks. I asked the Marine where I stored it to check it out before I picked it up, they had winterized it and seem a top rate outfit. They said it started, ran, shifted, I was good to go. I know they put stabilizer in when they winterized. It's Sunday now or I'd call them. No boat store nearby, I'll see what Advance Auto has on the shelf. Any screws I can turn on the carb to help out?
