Well after abit of help I believe that this is a de-rated engine, its the belgian version of its american twin E8RCNR, but its restricted to 6hp. A licence was needed for anything bigger in europe or something.
So i'm thinking i've just bought a 6hp and it could be a 8hp. Does anybody know what would need to be done to make this happen please?, if i were to decide to do it. Thanks
