Decisions decisions, to buy or not,
I happened across a 1973 Aquasport 170 with a 70HP Evinrude w/ Mercury 6hp kicker. The owner has restored the boat and she is in immaculate shape. The hull appears to have been well taken care of. The gas tank replaced. The console rewired. She sports two marine batteries, a fine looking dodger up front and a bimini. Custom made transom cap. Stainless. Vhf, flare, ropes, cushions, CD, radio also. The vro and bilge pumps appear to be functioning well, The Trailer is in acceptable shape and rollers are solid. I?ve seen a lot of older boats but this is in really nice condition. Now the kicker; its way over book value. What do you think>? Did I miss anything??
