Ok first off I have no idea about boats or how their drive systems work, but I do know about cars and fabrication. Here is the problem I have a buddy who has a 94 Larson Sei 210 with the 4 cylinder Volvo motor that he thinks he lost the oil pump and blew up the motor. First I want to make sure the motor is gone, but if it is is it feasable to drop in a create GM 350 I have? I know i would need all the items like the manifolds, but what about the drive system? I know that certain boats came with V8's and I know that people put bigger different motors in other boats but what about this particular swap? Like i said I am in new territory here with boats so any help or advise would be greatly appriciated.
