Hey guys,
Well my 25hp ran great friday and saturday, we took it out monday and we trolled up the river fishing and it started to bogg down and finally quit on us and couldnt get it started. It was starting great when we first got going monday, like barely even have to pull it and it would fire up. So i took off the carb and cleaned it tonight at work blew everything out, the compression has actually went up since the last time i checked it. this is all i have gotten so far
1. Comp is 125-#1 and 119-121- #2
2. The plugs were pretty nasty guess from trolling cleaned them up and sparking again.
3. the gas can i used has set awhile but has new gas might have had trash go through, reason i cleaned my carb.
Im at work right now so cant try to crank it after cleanin the carb just seeing what else you guys might think it is, It has spark, compression i can give it a gas shot earlier and it would start right up, so it has to be dirty carb?
