I've got a 115HP yamaha 4 stroke. I had some dramas with my fuel guages reading correctly. 1 sender read 33ohm to 240 ohm and moved correctly throughout. The other read 5 ohm to 140 ohm ( this guage would only read halve full to empty at all times) Is this because of the different resistance? I'm assumming that the 2nd sender is incorrect as this was a seperate addition to the boat( Before i owned it) The only drama is now i have no power to the tacho, speedo( original yamy guages) and the 2nd fuel guage. I checked the voltage on the back of the 2nd fuel guage and then i didn't have any voltage to any guages. I didn't see any sparks or smell anything but the only thing that i can think of is that i may have shorted across the fuel guage to loose power to all guages. Any ideas if this can happen? The fuses in the motor are intact and the motor still turns over. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the tacho and speedo for F115AET 4 Stroke 2004? Cheers for any info
