Hey iBoaters,
I have a bit of a problem with my engine. My boat is a custom boat with a standard outboard on it. It is a Yamaha 50hp with the following codes on the transom label:
50tsrw
Gh5
S
210142
V
The problem is that I need carb gaskets and the model number is not on ANY parts website. I called a Yamaha dealer and they said to check where it was made. The transom says made in Japan, but I assumed that was fine since Japanese made goods are shipped to the US all the time. If anyone could help me out it would be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
