1987 Yamaha 115 TT Motor Replacement.

I could use some info. please. Doesn't appear any way to get to the back bolt on the TT motor. Do I take off the entire TT unit to replace the motor. If so any precautions I should take? Recomendations on where to order a replacement motor? There are a number of places and as much as $100 difference.
