Carb Kit for 2004 Volvo 5.0L I/O

I need a carb kit and power valve for a 2004 Volvo 5.0L with the Holley 2 barrel.

Where is the best place to get it and will I need any information from the carb itself, or is the Engine ID number enough? I know the marine carbs are different from an automotive version but would a rebuild kit be the same or not?
