1985 evinrude 140 w/300 hours starves for fuel after 10 minutes at 80% throtle

boat re done has new fuel tank on 20ft mako new fuel line new pump bulb ,ran with fuel fill open to eliminate vent issue same problem,removed fuel line to inspect looks good and its clear, runs fine off seperate fuel source. help Im about to shoot it between the bow lights! all respnses appreciated..

Maybe the restriction is inside the fuel tank?

do you mean COMPLETE fuel source (including fuel line and bulb?

If it runs fine off alternate fuel source, you have your answer. Just need to find what's wrong with the tank.
