I am trying to remove this linkage, its after the throttle cable but before the throttle linkage.

I can't find any parts on the parts diagrams about this. Problem is, is that the grease is all sticky and when I throttle down, doesn't fully throttle down. I have to manually go back and move it literally with my fingers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disconnect the remaining linkage on it and just pull it off.

Thanks Boobie,

Unfortunately, if it was that easy, I wouldn't be here asking how to take it off. There are no other bolts holding onto this linkage. It seems as if maybe the center thread is pressed in, if someone can confirm that. But like I said, it is solid, I tried prying it apart from the timing angle bracket, and putting the bolt back in to see if I could pull the center piece out with no luck.
