'99 Evinrude 150HP FICHT Oil leak between Injector & Manifold

Oil leaking from between Oil Injector and Oil Manifold (60 deg) V6. Have replaced o-ring and fabricated a gasket to no avail. Would clogged oil return line cause this? Also looking for best way to check for a clogged line. Thanks / WhalerJoe (Cadet):)

If you have any restrictions in the oil return line it can cause excessive pressue in the system. Or else a bad oil pressure switch.

there is a special sized oring between the injector and the manifold. Back in OMC days a dealer could call the factory hotline and get one of these unique orings to stop the leak. I don't know if BRP folks still do that but ask your dealer to call and see for you. It was never a replaceable part in the service manual or parts book.
