Anyone have a diagram or know basic color codes for the ignition I'm goin to rig a custom toggle to start this and wonder what all needs to be connected etc,,, I'm running the shifts on a 3way toggle and now I Just need to figure out how to start this thing

you can get the seloc online manuals from this web site and they include all the diagrams. Will run about 30 bucks

try this:

red/purple = batttery
black = ground
white = starter solenoid
black/yellow = ignition

tan = hot horn
purple = accessory
purple/white = choke solenoid

This is from the wiring diagram for a 1971 50hp electric shift. Yours may be similar.
