Good morning everyone,
I'm new to this forum and i'm in need of some help.
i'm going to aquire a 1995 sea rayder with a mercury 90 engine and the first issue is the owner has had it sitting for the last 3 years with out starting, second issue is he hasn't started it because he said it doesnt have spark. the boat it self seems to be in great condition and he says the motor works perfectly but its the electrical that is not working.
owner said he was puttering around and all of a sudden it just stopped and no spark.
is this a common problem with these boats? if so is it a costly repair? would I be able to do it my self?
any help would be greatly appreciated
