Crack on the outside of one exhaust manifold

found a crack on 1 of my exhaust manifolds. i have found an osco exhaust manifold at a decent price on craigslist. http://austin.craigslist.org/pts/2403640469.html
will that be a suitable replacement for my motor? I have a chevy 350 5.7 in my 1983 chaperral 198 xlc, And will it make a differance if i have my stock mercruiser on one side and this on the other?

The mis-match shouldn't matter as long as the old is of the same shape/design. I would look it over, it looks a little rough. But if all is well... i would go for it! Goodluck...
